Shop Online & Pick Up Curbside
At Yummi Candles Canada, we’re dedicated to the health and safety of our customers and employees. To help limit store traffic and enhance social distancing, we are now offering contactless Curbside Pick-Up for online orders at our Mississauga Factory Store Location.
The process
(1) Shop Online and Select “Curbside Pick Up”
When placing an order online, select “Curbside Pick Up” from the options in your cart at the time of checkout.
(2) Arriving At Our Location When Your Order is Ready
After you receive an email and or phone call that your order is ready, drive to the store and park in the designated area during the store's hours of operation. There will be signage with designated parking spots for customer curbside pick up.
(3) Call Us And We’ll Bring It Out to You
Upon arrival, have your order details on-hand and call the phone number and extension listed in the pick-up area. Let them know you’re there for Curbside Pick-Up and which numbered parking spot your vehicle is in. A Yummi Candles trained product handler will bring the item(s) to your vehicle.

IN-STORE PICKUP POLICY
Most orders will be ready within five business days. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from our manufacturing facility to the store location of your choice. Once your order has arrived, we will send you a notification via email or phone to let you know that your packages are ready for pickup. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days of notice that your item is available for pickup, or your order will be canceled, and a 15 % restocking fee will be charged.
