Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

At Yummi Candles, we prioritize our commitment to customer satisfaction and strive to ensure your complete happiness with your purchase. In pursuit of this goal, we offer a comprehensive return policy of 90 days for all products sold in-store or online, provided that the items are returned in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Log in to your account: Use the email address you used when making the purchase to log in to our website.

2. Select the order: Choose the specific order that includes the item(s) you want to return.

3. Choose items and quantity: Pick the item(s) you wish to return and select the quantity for each.

4. Request return: Click on the "Request Return" option and follow the instructions provided.

5. Provide return details: Choose the reason for your return and include any additional notes if needed.

6. Return Approval: You'll receive an email confirming if your return request is approved. If approved, follow the instructions provided in the email for the next steps.

Return Requirements

All items must be in brand new condition and shipped back in their original product packaging.

● Returns must be authorized. Provide the return tracking number, Order Number, and items to be returned to receive a refund.

● Securely pack items to prevent breakage, placing your ORDER NUMBER on the box.

● Upon receipt of returned goods, allow up to one week for funds to be credited to your original method of payment (minus any original shipping costs) or for an exchange to be processed.

● All carrier costs, including original shipping charges and fees for returns or exchanges, are non-refundable.

 

In-store returns: Please note that we no longer accept online returns at our Distillery District location (10 Trinity St, Toronto, ON M5A 3C4). However, we welcome Canadian online returns at our factory store in Mississauga (1331 Blundell Road, Mississauga, ON L4Y 1M6). To return your product in-store, please bring a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation email. All purchases made in-store are refundable at all locations.
