If you have recently experienced symptoms of COVID-19, such as fever, difficulty breathing and/or coughing, please do not book a workshop with us at this time. Should you book a workshop and begin experiencing any of the above symptoms, we will be more than happy to reschedule you for a date that you are feeling better. For your safety, protection, and convenience, masks must be worn. Aprons and gloves will be provided during the workshop. For everyone's safety, please remember that your mask must be worn on your nose and mouth at all times. Please rest assured that this will not impede your sensory experience as the fragrance notes are powerful enough to permeate the mask.

Be cautioned that spills and drips are possible and clothing may still become dirty, therefore please dress accordingly. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing without loose sleeves or hanging accessories. For safety around hot wax, please wear close-toed shoes. We also recommend that those with long hair to bring a tie/elastic to protect both hair and candles. We reserve the right to limit participants that do not wear proper clothing or safety equipment provided.

Late Policy
Please endeavour to be on time for your workshop as late entry will affect the timeline of your candle being ready to travel home with you in a timely manner. All members of a party must be present to be admitted at the time of entry. To ensure that you receive the fullest experience latecomers arriving more than 10 minutes past their scheduled time are subject to being denied entry and being rescheduled to another date or refunded, at the discretion of the instructor.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, we require 48 hours notice to provide a refund. To cancel, please send an e-mail to workshop@yummicandles.com. In the subject line please write "cancellation" and provide your name and order number. In the email body please provide your contact details so we can arrange a refund if applicable.

Age Limitations
Unless otherwise indicated, workshops at Yummi Candles are designed for participants aged 15 years and older. Participants under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a participating adult. Our workshops are not suitable for infants and children under the age of 8. Please contact workshop@yummicandles.com with any questions.

Control Agreement
I hereby agree that I will hold only myself responsible for the alcohol consumed in the Candle-Making Workshop Class and that I will practice good judgement if I choose to consume alcohol. I also agree that the instructor can stop my consumption of alcohol and may call a cab at my own expense if he or she feels that I have had too much to drink.
